Aftercare
Please arrive to your lash appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes. Lash extensions won’t bond properly to dirty lashes, and any extra time spent cleansing at your appointment will cut into your lashing time. No worries if you need a quick refresh—lash cleanser and makeup remover are available at the studio—just keep in mind it shortens your session.
Daily lash washing is non-negotiable! I recommend using OcuSoft Lid Scrub Foaming Cleanser with a cleansing brush. Every day, oil, makeup, dirt, and debris build up along your lash line. Without proper cleansing, this buildup can block hair follicles, affect retention, and slow your natural lash growth. Clean lashes = healthy lashes!
No mascara—ever! If you feel like you need mascara, it’s probably time for a fill. Mascara clumps up handmade lash fans, leaves behind residue, and makes proper cleaning nearly impossible.
A few more essentials:
Don’t pick or pull at your lashes—it weakens your natural lashes.
Try not to sleep on your face—it can crush your lashes while you snooze.
Please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment if you are unhappy with your service or have a large amount of fallout without a natural lash attached. It's normal to shed 3-5 natural lashes per day! We want to see them shed with the natural lash attached to the extension! This is healthy shedding. However, a large amount of extensions falling out without the natural lash may need troubleshooting. Whether it’s an application error or aftercare issue, I’m here to help!

Aftercare Policy
To keep your lash extensions looking their best and lasting long-term, proper aftercare is a must! This includes things like daily cleansing, avoiding mascara, not picking or pulling at your lashes, and following all aftercare instructions. Neglecting your aftercare can lead to premature shedding or damage to your natural lashes.
Please note, I cannot be held responsible for any lash damage caused by improper aftercare. Taking care of your lashes means better retention, healthier natural lashes, and the best results between fills!
Fill Policy
To qualify for a fill, you’ll need to have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining, with fills scheduled every 14-21 days.
Your natural lashes shed regularly—on average, you can lose up to 20% every two weeks. During your fill, grown-out extensions are safely removed and replaced to keep your lashes looking full and healthy while protecting your natural lashes.
If you arrive with less than 40% retention, you may be asked to reschedule for a full set.
If you need to reschedule your fill and it falls outside the 14-21 day window, you may also need to book a full set. I do my best to accommodate changes, but since most appointments are booked 3+ weeks in advance, availability can be limited.

Cancellations / No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will result in a cancellation fee that is 50% of the appointment cost.
No shows or cancellations less than 1 hour before appointment will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
I require a card on file to accept your appointment.
Sick Policy
If you are feeling sick a 24 notice is greatly appreciated. If you arrive to your appointment exhibiting symptoms of sickness you will be asked to reschedule and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Late policy
Each appointment is booked with the exact amount of time needed to complete your service. Arriving late will cut into your lashing time—less time means fewer lashes applied.
If you arrive late, you’ll still be charged for the full cost of the appointment, even if we have less time to work. I’ll always do my best to get as much done as possible, but your appointment will still end at the scheduled time, which may result in less than full coverage.
If you’re running late and choose to reschedule, a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding and respecting both my time and other clients’ schedules!
